Refund policy
At NostalgiaCinema.Club, all of our posters are made to order, printed individually based on your selection. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, mistaken orders, or sizing issues.
Damages and Issues
We care about quality and customer satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via the contact form on the website if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is printed specifically for you, returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products (including all posters.
- Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, for any reason. However, this right does not apply to custom-made products, such as made-to-order posters, under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
Refunds (for eligible cases only)
If your refund is approved (due to a damaged or incorrect item), it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
